For those who don't know much about her, there's a great documentary called "Westwood: Punk, Icon, Activist" from 2018 by Lorna Tucker. Apparently Westwood hated it, but it feels pretty honest. Looks like it's available on Amazon Prime and Disney+ (at least in the UK).
As an anti-consumerist, Westwood gleefully undermined her own business interests. In 2010, she told AAP: “I just tell people, stop buying clothes. Why not protect this gift of life while we have it? I don’t take the attitude that destruction is inevitable. Some of us would like to stop that and help people survive.”
I don’t work at all closely to her life’s focus, or indeed with any significant fraction of her talent and drive, but I’m inspired by her nonetheless. RIP.

Adam Buxton had the director Lorna Tucker on his podcast, in which she talks about the making of the film (amongst a great many other things): https://www.adam-buxton.co.uk/podcasts/lpbk8k9zbhx54zt-8yl8m...

Besides a brilliant designer, she has shaped a great part of what modern UK culture came to be.
She’ll be missed.
