Has it launched? Where can I watch a stream? In their FAQ they say:

But there is no list of streamers, or examples. AFAICT it's just a landing page?

In the US, "spook" can be a derogatory word for black people. It came about in the 1940's and while not extremely common today, this context is familiar enough that I'd second the suggestion to rethink the name/brand.
