I think this is a bad idea. Bleeding edge AI research being driven by shareholder profit motive is gonna lead to abuses of the tech real quick. Look at how social media algorithms have been abused and misused in part because they're tuned to drive engagement by e.g. surfacing things that will make people react even if the content is untrue.
