Did Figma manage to patent Flexbox?

I'm on a team implementing a design tool, and while researching potential problematic software patents, we came across this: https://patents.justia.com/patent/11481083

Is it just me, or did they actually manage to patent flexbox, which their "auto layout" feature copies closely?

The Copyright Office’s Compendium of U.S. Copyright Office Practices, 3rd Edition states that:

> procedures, processes, and methods of operation are not copyrightable, the Office generally will refuse to register claims based solely on CSS.
