Honestly have to agree a sticky note and swim lanes in an office was the most productive strategy I've ever worked in. No BA, no scrum and only a TE that managed e2e and integration test. No, Jira no sprint, no breakdowns. Just do what you need on the priority.
Large orgs pay a communication tax, and it's heavy for a lot.
