I really like the sound/music fragments. I also like the write up. Nice writing here:

Choosing a sound is step 1, then the music content. Harmony tends to follow naturally in this process, but it's limiting of possibilities if one cannot stop hearing the timbre of playback

-the process is like sewing a quilt, one fragment at a time things are tied together into bigger context

-or maybe planting a seed; from a tiny delicate thing into a tree.
