This is a problem even I face at my work. Some of my files are in sharepoint, some on my laptop, some on certain email thread. I don't know if there is any consolidated platform to pull all the relevant documents or files together. Well, ms sharepoint can be used for this purpose but it is quite a cumbersome to use it. Would love to know how other organizations go around this problem.
