not really sure if this cloud help, but I have this problem in my work too, and the way I get around it is clickup (clickup.com), I find it one of the best places to put all documents, you can write notion-style docs as well as upload stuff to it, and it stays easy to find + other features of the app. (this is not a promotion).
we also have a resources channel in slack where we share valuable links for blog posts, tools...
