Careful, your phrasing makes it seem like you mean that making DST permanent is a bad idea. Your links argue the opposite: that making DST permanent is much healthier than switching back & forth.

They both do argue that permanent DST is a bad idea. They argue for permanent standard time.

Sleep experts largely agree that permanent DST is bad, and that if we're going to stop switching, it should be permanent standard time.
