Many people in my close circles got the shot then rushed to the emergency room within usually 24 hours to severe heart pain. And all these people continue to get covid even after having taken the shot. So glad I did not risk it.
By the same token, if the vast majority
of doctors and even people who take the shots are (completely unjustifiably) certain they can't be the cause of any issues, then problems will tend to be under reported. And indeed this is exactly what is going on, helped along by financial and professional/reputational incentives being almost 100% aligned in favor of the foregone conclusion that "the shots are a net risk benefit."
Your comment is a great example of this sort of bias: you haven't heard of severe heart pain being linked to the vaccines, despite the fact it is a very common symptom of myo/pericarditis, which are known to be caused by these injections.
