A few options to consider before quitting: - does the company have other departments, could you "train" and move to more technical department?

- does the company give you a development budget that you could use to do devops related courses etc?

- how much time is consumed doing the job? Could you use this job to fund your devops, software dev education part time?

Try to see if you can use this job as a stepping stone to where you want to be. If none of the above applies then by all means look for a way out.
