Article is a bit old or the prices got a lot higher in last couple of months.

Just had a look at my recent electricity bill. 35 UK pence per kWh that will be like 43 US cents at current rate. (not 27 like on the list) Not sure what it costs in Germany at the moment but that is well above 39 cents making Germany on top the list.
