This article said nothing about zoning.

People can live alone, affordably, with a higher supply of housing, not just for rent and purchase, but we’ve gotta build much more than single family zoning.

We need to build housing, full stop: https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/HOUST

The country stopped keeping up with housing demand in the 1980's. Combine that with centralization and abandonment of the countryside, it's no wonder that prices are where they are.

Strange that the Koch brother mole, of all people, does not not understand supply-side economics. Also strange that they are seemingly in favour of kommunalkas.
