What are some paid development tools that you just couldn't live without?

Here are some I use. Some not completely dev related, but used in my workflow:

* Monokai-Pro theme for VSCode * Magnet app in OSX (Can be used to split the screen)

Resharper. Visual Studio is 95% of the way there but living without that last 5% is like dragging my face across broken glass. I truly hate Microsoft's solutions to some of the features that R# offers.
