Yes, they absolutely do! The “right ones” anyway. I have lived on daily usage for over a decade now, their results are empirically excellent.

I think the trouble most have is consistency, particularly that your diet must change to eliminate foods which work against the superfood additives (junky foods.)

Diet is critical part of mental and physical well being!

Is your basis for this claim anecdotal? Do you know that the effects aren't down to avoiding the "junky" foods as opposed to the powder's themselves?
