I do think this is the primary source document that people need to be discussing, rather than the various articles posted around here today.
Not that articles are bad, but the court-documents are rather straight forward in the claims and what's exactly the SEC is having issue with. So why add another (potential) source of bias (ie: the various news websites adding their own view on things), when the SEC's opinion is the one that matters as far as the courts are concerned?
