Plasma needs to be ported to Qt6, and thus Plasma 5 becomes Plasma 6. In the process a lot of code is cleaned up, and it is easier to find and eliminate bugs, and also to add new features.

Several new user facing features and improvements are still coming with the release of Plasma 6, and lots more will keep coming in subsequent versions.
