What if I need to cut and paste things from one file to another? Registers wouldn't sync I'm guessing, so I'd have to do something hacky with the system clipboard

There are default keybinds for copy/paste to system clipboard, but as the parent said, tabs are a work in progress.

The lack of diff mode has been my biggest hangup in terms to trying helix out seriously. I'll keep an eye out for it to land.
