pretty sure he uses it once a year at most given how non luxurious it is and that for 99.99% of travel a g650 private jet or luxury helicopter is the way to go.
A head of state definitely needs something much bigger than a G650 because of the entourage they fly with. His official presidential plane is a widebody Ilyushin Il-96.
