I'm building https://backed.careers, a niche job board focused on surfacing openings at fast growing companies backed by top VCs (something I wish I had during a previous job search).

I'm wondering:

* How does your job search look like?

* Where/how do you start?

* Do you find opportunities and apply right away, or create a list and bulk apply?

* Before taking an interview, what do you look for/care most about in a company?

* Is there any part in the process that's most painful for you?
