I, along with a friend, recently built a tool called ThreadLink that solves one of the biggest problems in switching from Twitter to Threads: Importing your following.

ThreadLink lets users easily enter their Threads username, connect their Twitter Account, and see the users they're following on Twitter who've connected their account. Users also get notifications when someone they're following on Twitter joins the app and connects their account!
