There seems to be still a few in Dublin. I remember them being collocated with phone shops, not to be confused with places that let you buy phones, but to make calls. Now they seem to be collocated with tanning salons...

I also saw lots of Internet Cafes in Middle East (Iraq/Syria) few years ago (in 2014/2015) but in the latest years they are almost extinguished.
