Title should be modified since "rise of hateful tweets" is what is in dispute in the lawsuit, if I understand correctly.

The quotes from Twitter's attorney seem to be claiming that the publication is incendiary, not that the results are wrong. I imagine there is more of a legal precedent for "these claims are made to harm us" than there is for "your conclusions are incorrect". Regardless, the title seems accurate based on the content of the article.
