He seems to be saying Earth's rotation is speeding up, the axis is shifting, there's a destabilisation of the Earth's core, and other alarming happenings. He says there's a natural 12 (or 24) thousand year cycle which affects the entire solar system, from an "external cosmic impact".
The reason we are in real trouble this time around, he says, is the "anthropogenic factor - specifically we ... have willfully interfered with the oceans' ability to undertake self-regulating thermal conductivity with the mass infestation of hydrocarbon based pollutants into our waters. We humans have rendered our oceans utterly unable to transfer endogenous heat to the atmosphere ... Currently in the depths of the Earth, an excess of destructive endogenous energy has accumulated [which needs] to evacuate the Earth's core in an expeditious manner. Such an evacuation ... will bring about devastation on the Earth's surface and her atmosphere."
I mean, it seems a tall tale, but if this makes anthropogenic climate change an urgent actionable item for fringe elements (I'm thinking Zecharia Sitchin[1] levels of fringe, here) then I don't mind it.
1. Earth and the Solar system as a whole are undergoing a 12k year climate cycle caused by yet unknown astronomical processes.
2. These processes heat up and destabilize the Earth core, however the oceans due to being filled with plastic garbage cannot compensate for this heating.
3. If we don't find solution to the above, the Earth core overheating will cause unbearable earthquakes leading to a planet self-destruction in the near future.
These theses are based on a multi-year inter-disciplinary research based on public and recognized scientific studies.
