I currently operate a successful physical store alongside an online store using WooCommerce in a Middle Eastern city. I can see there is potential for a marketplace. There are no clear leaders in the specific niche. If you were to advise on testing an MVP for an e-commerce marketplace this year, what tools would you recommend?

My initial approach involves onboarding four sellers, all of whom I have personal contacts with in different parts of the city. For now, I plan to manage all the back-office tasks manually. And use google/meta ads geo targeting users. If I see some traction, I can build a dedicated team to further develop the platform.
