+1. I’ll never forget when I had an account with them, set up FIDO 2FA, and lost my password + email access for the account. I emailed customer support asking if there was something that could be done, and if not, I was fine making a new account (I had no domains at the time, and if I had, payment method confirmation would’ve probably let me get it back).
