Aren't these in mini desktops like the Minisforum (https://a.co/d/9BugA0r) already? I just bought my wife a older model for $250 to play older games together. It's ~1/4 the size of a mac Mini and the stuff we care about (CS:Source, Minecraft) runs like a rocket ship.
