This looks great like a great project. Back in 2017/18 we (https://encalve.io) we're being asked about the possibility merging the network control plane with blockchain. It wasn't one of our design ambitions, but I love that this project introduces Raft consensus to mutate topology. What a fantastic idea for inversion of control from the so-far only centralised model we've seen for the p2p overlay network architecture.
