Show HN: Integrate Discord with Jira

Looks like growing number of companies are adopting Discord as their communication platform (instead of Slack or Teams). I've developed this integration between Discord and Jira and it is much more popular than I expected. By the way I continue improving it, so feedback and insights are very welcome!

Nice idea. I wonder if the kind of companies that use Jira (traditionalist) also use Discord (hip). Would be interesting to find out!

I've noticed two main customer groups:

- Small businesses or individual entrepreneurs who know Jira from previous roles and use Discord for communication as it's cheap (free). I belong to this group.

- Fast-growing companies with a large Discord community, like in gaming, AI, tech or crypto, often pick Jira for stronger ticketing/task management.

Many more people appreciate Jira than it seems, even if it often gets criticism on HN in comparison to tools like Notion.

What is exactly the problem with Discord? (I mean I personally do not like Discord, but would know what others think.)

Can you suggest alternative communication platforms where companies can chat or interact with their users/customers?
