I realised this once when I was helping a female friend move and I was proud of how I packed all her pots and pans into a single box. She called me over a bit later because she wasn't able to lift it on her own, so we had to split the contents across two boxes, I didn't even consider weight to be an issue while packing as long as the box wasn't in danger of breaking.
