PdfVer is a tool to quickly change PDF Version of multiple PDF files. Works on Windows for now only.

What does changing the version do? PDF files have a version number[1] but do you want to change that to earlier or later in order to achieve something? Can you explain more, please?

I did appreciate the screenshot colours -- strong memories of early Windows themes there :)
