A spreadsheet with 12 million rows, fast binary lookup functions with automatic internal background sorting of searched ranges, built-in Monte Carlo simulations, regex filtering and data transformations and with workbook (zip64) files of any size (4GB+).

Now, among others, with 16K columns, MySQL .sql and SQLite3 .db file support. For loaded text (csv, txt, tab, etc.) files you can specify the number of columns per worksheet (by default 16K) and files exceeding this limit (e.g. 32K) will be displayed in multiple worksheets then saved again as one continuous series of columns. Files in all supported file formats can be opened, edited and saved in-place using the original "open" parameters without any conversions. Customization is an option.
