Like London there might also be a diminishing demand from under 25 year old young adults wanting to go to nightclubs in Berlin. A taxi driver told me for weekends he would work a mile radius picking up people to and from Fabric nightclub, now the demand has tailed off considerably.

If young people are not compelled to go to clubs these venues they might have to wait out for the next generation and a potential culture change.
