It's always interesting to compare the crowds in the Sony and Apple stores at the local upscale shopping center. Sony tends to have a couple of bored salespeople standing around twiddling their thumbs. Meanwhile the volume of business at the Apple store seems to be limited primarily by the fire code.

Amazing how far you can go in business if you refrain from suing, hacking, and generally fucking over your own customers.
