Based on the title, I thought there was some unique quality of the soundtrack where there were no pauses or abrupt starts/stops, or that it was all one take. After reading the article, I'm guessing the title means that the soundtrack doesn't have any songs you'd want to skip?

The page doesn't even contain the word "skip," except for the "skip to content" link. I think you're right.
