I only know about this one because it was parodied at the end of a Ren and Stimpy episode (Ren Needs Help!) and I thought it was the funniest punchline I'd ever heard.
It's always a little disappointing to find out that something cool was actually referencing something else but knowing that the president actually said this helps dull it.
