There is quite a recent trend to introduce internal Platform, Dev Tools, or Data Platform teams. I would like to learn more about different approaches of organising Product management there: collecting requirements, ideation, communications. How engineers can be more involved in product design, rituals, etc. I can hardly find any information beyond very superficial. Can you suggest any sources? Thanks!
