I have a feeling this is going to get bent in my pocket and damage the charging port. A desk stand with integrated keyboard would have been better.

Does it interface with the charge port? This image doesn't show a charge plug.

Yes it's in the video. Part of the pitch is "no bluetooth just plugs into your charging port".
