Archive.is or whichever tld they are using today is much more lax on content moderation. I have yet to encounter an administrator-banned domain restricted from public (or any?) access there. Because archive submissions are user initiated the scope of content at archive.today is more limited, but it also displays what pages users found worth archiving.

Long term the reliability of archive.today seems to be in question. I believe the owner is mostly privately funded, but I wonder if that has changed as other parties took interest.
