Hello I paid for twitter blue in Feb 23. I worked for 2 months and gone. I filled ticket in july 23. They said we know its issue and never fixed it. Now I got mail it will auto renew in feb 24 and click link to unsubscribe and that link is not working. Neither twitter support is responding sensibly. What can I do?

Contact your credit card company to initiate a chargeback and block further charges.

Just a note about this: payment processors/payment networks/banks require some kind of compliance with the chargeback process which is kind of a black-box dispute process, there's no way to know how it will shake out but they do tend to side with the "buyer" for small stuff like this.

That said, there's nothing that says the vendor can't take punitive action. Amazon, for example, has common terms in their agreements that say things like "if you even initiate a chargeback we block you from all of our platforms". Not sure how that would work on X but just an FYI on chargebacks.

I would first document the process with screenshots and video to prove you have failed to unsubscribe because of technical problems. Show multiple ways you tried.

Add further documentation by filing a ticket setting a deadline to get back your money, unsubscribe you and otherwise you will chargeback.

If you can afford it: Contact a lawyer in case you may get sued and ask for instructions. Maybe he tells you to chargeback the money.

It's not worth that hassle. Probably the credit card company will just automatically grant your request because it's a such a low dollar amount and not worth an investigation, much less a lawyer. Probably nobody at Twitter is left to fight it either.

Call the issuer and cancel the card, dunk the contaminated plastic in acid, burn the remnants, recycle your IP, clear your cookies and hope for the best. If that doesn't work I know a good real estate agent.

It's unlikely that anybody is left at twitter who can actually help you with this, sadly.

File a chargeback with your credit card and stop using Twitter
