The new stadium they built for the Raiders is a technological marvel, the field slides outside of the stadium on tracks to allow real grass to get the sunshine fresh air etc and to allow the stadium to be used for other events without damaging the turf.
Professional sports teams in Vegas are a great idea as the visiting teams tend to draw in fans and their wallets, most of the Games I've watched on TV seem to have just as many if not more fans cheering for the visiting team.
