A few months ago I released Mutable, a browser extension and app that allows you to hide/blur/replace anything on the web containing text you don't want to see. Now it is open source with the MPL 2.0, allowing people to transparently see what's going on for privacy reasons and even giving them the option to mess around with the code if they want to add new parsers or features for whatever reason.
