I don't really consider the lack of usage of a microprocessor to discredit a machine from being a microcomputer. To me the definition is more about the size of the system and the way it is used. The real issue to me is the integration of the system into a larger machine. A microcomputer is standalone but this Arma computer is not.

The celestial data processor they made a prototype of would fit my definition of a microcomputer. Another thing I forgot is that a microcomputer needs to be programmable by the end user otherwise I would consider it a calculator. So the celestial is more of a calculator.
