I have substituted liquid sativa weed drinks for alcohol. I am still able to have a “drink” in social settings.

I am convinced it is the future of partying for those still looking for the positives of alcohol, without as many of the harmful effects.

Interesting, I’ve never heard of these. Do they have the same impact as edibles? I find I have essentially no tolerance for edibles and stick to a marijuana vaporizer.

Part of my problem might be uniformity of dose throughout an edible which might be solved with liquids?

Yes it's the same as edible.

The big difference between edible and smoking/vaping is that with edibles your liver metabolizes delta 9 THC into 11 hydroxy THC wheras with smoking the delta 9 goes directly into the bloodstream and to the brain.

Your brain reacts differently to these two:

- Delta 9 will make your brain feel more high.

- 11 hydroxy will have more of a psychedelic effect.
