This problem started decades ago with McDonald Douglas, and given Tesla’s well-reported problems with safety and quality control you might want to pick a more credible source.
Blaming DEI for the problem especially seems like you’re more interested in pushing a political agenda than fixing the problem, too. Boeing had some unqualified leaders but what they have in common isn’t that they were adding racial, gender, or class diversity.
