I've been using it since 2009. I've tried all the other similar apps. Couldn't get used to anything else like I did with Evernote. The closest in terms of functionality and paradigm is Apple Notes, but it lacks cross-platform compatibility.

However, I have to say that Evernote is improving since it was bought by Bending Spoons.

I don't understand the general opinion of Hacker News, that it is dying. Evernote is in fact better now than one year ago.

Maybe these US developers were not as good as the Italian ones. Well, I mean, they guys in charge of the team were not good.
