I found the intro video pacing and music a little unpleasant. It's going a little fast too, slow down, I gotta absorb what's going on and how it's going to make my life easier!
I agree. It felt a bit like I was being hurried through something without a clear reason why. What's the rush? Why so aggressive? The product is all about engagement, retention, adoption... And their demo is yelling something else at me.
I also felt like the beat should sync with things a bit better but didn't feel a groove happening with the visuals. There was some coordination, but not enough to really click with the beat and make it feel like the visual/audio movement was congruent. Maybe that contributed to how harsh it feels.
