There's a lot of interest around the new desktop processors from Qualcomm, mainly because non-Mac people hope to have their M1 moment. The release of the new Snapdragon X Elite is rumored to be set around June 2024. Since Linux is perceived to be somewhat more mature than Windows in this architecture, which ARM-ready Linux distro do you perceive will be the winner on the desktop? And why?

I used a Surface Pro X for a while[1] and I don't really feel that Linux is more mature than Windows in terms of day-to-day desktop usage if I'm being honest. Windows on ARM worked surprisingly well on Win10 and I guess it works even better in Win11 (haven't tried, moved back to Mac).
