I find CD audio quality is superior… 16-bit 44.1KHz is more than enough to reproduce a perfect sine wave…and more than enough to reproduce highest audible frequencies. Best of all is that all I need is a CD player or USB-C to aux apple adapter… No loss of fidelity either…
