This app I develop for a while, it mostly tailored for my way of thinking, but maybe useful for some body else. The main feature is that every word is a hashtag by default. Yes simple as that, but it took a while do discover this. And this allows you to hop from notes to notes in the same fashion as brain does (at least for some percentage of people).
